Never Give Up!

Ben's Just Giving Page

I am sure that many of you have heard of the charity Macmillan Cancer Support before, they provide information and support to people and their families effected by cancer.
I am a huge supporter of Macmillan and have used many of their services since my diagnosis. I will write a separate post to this about them and their services.
I met with a friend over the weekend and he told me about him and his friends raising money for Macmillan by participating in the tough mudder challenge and I have promised him I would share the page on here. As you all know, I am a huge fan of charity giving and would do anything to help out.
The link to his page is here, please donate, small or large and help support such an amazing charity.

My Month In Photos | February 2015

We did have to travel 15 miles to find it, but had so much fun in the Snow!
Esme has never played in the snow before and even though there wasn't a lot of it, we managed to build a snowman which she loved.
Woofy Adventures
There isn't a month that goes by where I don't visit this little princess. Weather it's baking, going for a walk or playing for a few hours, she always manages to brighten up my day when I see her. She's such a little bundle of joy and I am proud how she is flourishing into her own little character.
It was my Grandad's birthday this month and we visited him with a birthday cake and presents. He has recently been really poorly in hospital after having a heart attack. Luckily he is feeling much better now but as you can imagine it has changed his life.
Bloody love him the little cutie :)
It was valentines day this month and yet again I am single....Me and the girls spent valentines weekend drinking wine and eating lots of food. We also came across Escape rooms on Groupon, we looked at the website and read up about it. Have you ever played an escape the room app on your phone? It is like that but for real! You have 60 mins to escape a room, there are keys, clues, codes and puzzles. We had so much fun and manages to escape in 50 mins. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who fancies a challenge.
This month I celebrated my 22nd birthday. I celebrated by having a night out with the girls, it took me a few days to recover but was worth it. I had a brilliant evening with my best friends! On my actual birthday, my amazing Mum cooked roast gammon (my favourite) for 14 family and friends. She also took myself and Ella to Disneyland that week which was the best birthday present ever!

Meeting Disney Characters

The Disney Characters are what makes Disneyland so magical. Yes I am 22 and understand that they are not real but it is still so magical to 'believe' The most amazing feeling was watching the little girls and boys meet characters who they thought were the real thing.
Ella is at the age where she knows they are not real but she still is excited to meet the characters and get their signatures.
Me and mum enjoyed and loved it more than she did I think. We are definitely children at heart.

Magical Parade

Here are some photos of the parade in the Disneyland Park. At 5:30 every evening, the characters of Disney pass through the park on floats. BE WARNED! Try and get a good seat or standing place earlier though and the French are rather rude and love to push you and ram you with prams...rant over! It is a very magical parade and makes you feel fluttery watching it...especially if you are a Disney fan and still a child at heart like me.
I still have the song stuck in my head which is rather annoying.

Disneyland Park

I could have happily stayed here forever. Disneyland is full of magicalness! The castle is so beautiful ( much better than the one in Florida) I could have taken a million photos....actually I think I did!
Disney adds every little touch to make it look and feel so magical. I couldn't contain my excitement and had to photograph everything. The park is so detailed,  Disney have managed to add special touches to everything. Here is a huge beanstalk just randomly placed next to a shop.
Magical!
